Delivery Driver
Position Overview:
The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages to customers. This role includes scanning package tags, handling payments (including cash in some cases), and ensuring accurate documentation of deliveries. The driver must be flexible, able to work overtime when demand is high, and maintain professional communication with customers. The Delivery Driver reports to the Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package Delivery: Deliver packages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Scanning & Documentation: Scan package tags and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Payment Handling: Collect payments from customers, including cash transactions when required.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers during deliveries.
- Operational Support: Assist with pickups and deliveries related to airport cargo when necessary.
- Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure packages are prepared and dispatched correctly.
- Compliance & Safety: Follow company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma.
- License: Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience: Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:30 hrs. (including a 30-minute break, depending on activities)
- Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00 hrs.
- Overtime: Possible during weekdays and weekends, including Sundays, when demand is high.
